Farmington Fire Department Reports

To receive a fire report, contact the fire department at 573-756-2324 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. and select the option for “Fire Lieutenant” or “Fire Captain”.

A written request can also be mailed to Farmington Fire Department, 222 East Columbia Street, Farmington, Missouri 63640. A fee will be charged depending on the number of pages of the requested report.

Required Information:

• The Numerical Address of the Incident
• The Property Owners Name
• The Date of the Incident
