MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR
Welcome! On behalf of the citizens of Farmington, I personally want to extend a warm welcome to you, and thank you for choosing Farmington as your new home. I am confident that you will find Farmington to be a town where you will be happy to live, whether you are a part of a family, an individual or a retiree. You will find that Farmington is perhaps the most open and welcoming town in the country – your family doesn’t have to have lived here five generations to participate in the life of the town; just join right in.
Farmington has enjoyed a rich history of stability and success, and today we are as passionate as ever to carry on our town’s progress. Our fine city has award-winning schools, state of the art medical facilities, a beautiful downtown, peaceful parks, cultural opportunities, great recreational facilities, churches, ample retail and restaurant experiences, and lots of friendly folk! In other words, there is something for everyone!
We at City Hall want to make your transition to Farmington an easy one. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. We’re glad you’re here!
