Farmington and its surrounding area are teeming with recreational opportunities, making it easy to fill a day with both active and passive activities. The Farmington Parks and Recreation Department oversees the area’s park system. Fifteen parks, two aquatic facilities, one community center and a Bike Hostel line the streets of the community.

Elks Field

A small practice Baseball/Softball facility, located on Morris Street at Spruce, and it is used primarily by youth, this facility is reserved for use in the spring and summer months through the Civic Center.

Randy Ragsdale Field (Engler Park)

Located at the end of Air Park Drive after turning south off of New Perrine Road. A 90 ft. baseball field, with all the amenities, for practice, leagues, and tournament play, used by Farmington High School and youth 13 and over. It is also reserved for use in the spring and the summer through the Civic Center.

J.C. KREI Ball Field

Located on Morris Street, this Baseball/Softball park is used for practice, and youth league games. There is a concession and bathrooms for league use at this facility, and is also reserved for use in the spring and the summer through the Civic Center.

Sports Complex

A four field Baseball/Softball complex, with all the amenities, for practice, leagues, and tournament play conveniently located on Ste. Genevieve Avenue just west of the Hwy OO/32 intersection. These are 60 ft. and 70 ft. baseball fields. This facility is also scheduled/booked through the Civic Center.

Wilson Rozier Park

Home of Historic Wilson Rozier Ball Field. A 90 ft. baseball field, with all the amenities, for practice, leagues, and tournament play, used by Farmington High School and youth 13 and over. Conveniently located on Perrine Road just a few short blocks south of Columbia Street.
