Permit fees shall be increased by one hundred percent (100%) for permits obtained after work has been commenced in accordance with Section 108.4. Permit Fees*(subject to change).
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Prevention, and Accessory Structure Permits are $30.00 each. See applications or contact the Development Services Department for additional information.
Farmington is a city in St. Francois County located about 75 miles southwest of St. Louis in the Lead Belt region in Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 16,240. It is the county seat of St. Francois County.
