How to obtain resident membership rates
- Residents must present proof of identity and residency to receive resident pricing.
- Acceptable forms of ID: State of Missouri issued drivers license, College ID, Missouri ID Card, Military ID
- Acceptable forms of proof of residence:
- Farmington City Light & Water Bill (paper bill or electronic copy acceptable) or two of the following:
- invoice or bill, personal check with pre-printed name and address, current auto or voter registration, current personal property tax statement, most recent income tax statement, current rental lease agreement.
Civic Center Staff may assist with checking residency when no other proof can be obtained.

- Special events may make portions of the facility unavailable on a temporary basis. Closures will be posted in advance. Monthly fee is by automatic bank transfer only. First payment is due at time of registration.
- Swim lessons, leagues and programs are not included but are discounted for Civic Center Members. All classes subject to capacity limits. Class schedule subject to change at any time.

Corporate/Business Discounts
A corporation or business may receive a discount on passes for their employees by offering annual passes to the Civic Center as an employee benefit. The only requirement is to collect the employee share of the fee by payroll deduction. For more information, phone 573-756-0900
Farmington is a city in St. Francois County located about 75 miles southwest of St. Louis in the Lead Belt region in Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 16,240. It is the county seat of St. Francois County.
