This small 10 acre park is heavily wooded and nestled in one of Farmington’s most regal neighborhoods. The park features several picnic areas, barbecue pits, restrooms, water, a wet weather stream and a heavily wooded lot. The playground is right beside the parking area. The park is popular, but maintains low traffic due to its secluded location.
Throughout the park feeders and housing for various kinds of birds can be seen. Neighboring lots are well kept and beautifully gardened. In the center of the circle drive of the park entrance is a sandstone monument with a dedication plaque. It is surrounded by pines. The main pavilion features electricity, water and seats approximately 85 people.
