Admission to the Farmington Civic Center will be free all day!

A Healthy Living Showcase will be the official kick-off for Fit Farmington! This event will be in the Centene Center 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Then at 3:00 PM Diane Burton will be speaking in the Centene Center!

Below is the schedule of fitness classes offered!

7:00 AM – Spinning

7:30 Am – Yoga

8:00 AM – Tai Chi

9:00 AM – Aqua Zumba

10:00 AM – Cardio Kickboxing

10:30 AM – Silvers Sneakers

11:30 AM – Pilates

12:30 PM – Strong HIIT
