Minimum = $13.55 for single phase service and $23.16 for three phase service. 

General Service - Small Rates

Over 1,000 kWh @ 8.30¢/kWh

Minimum = $13.55 for single phase service and $23.16 for three phase service.

Kilowatt demand - The kilowatt demand shall be the maximum demand established by the consumer for any period of fifteen consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter.

Heating and Space heating rates shall be as follows for General Service - Small Stand Alone meters only

Pole Rental @ $ 1.60

An installation charge of $75 per light is required. These charges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another location. Where it is necessary to set additional pole(s), the customer will be required to pay actual costs for time and material used.
