Meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission are usually held on the First Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

All meetings are open to the general public. Meetings are usually held in the Council Chambers on the Basement Level of City Hall, 110 West Columbia Street. The exact date, time, and location of each meeting is posted in the Lobby on the First Floor of City Hall.
