To receive a fire report, contact the Farmington Fire Department at (573) 756-2324 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.

A written request can also be mailed to Farmington Fire Department 104 West Harrison Street Farmington, Missouri 63640.  A fee will be charged depending on the number of pages of the requested report.  A report will be processed in seven (7) working days once the request is received.

Required Information:

·         The Numerical Address of the Incident

·         The Property Owners Name

·         The Date of the Incident
