Farmington Utilities DepartmentThe Farmington Utilities Billing Department is located in City Hall 110 West Columbia St. The municipal utilities include electric, water and sewer. Missouri Natural Gas City Light & WaterThe mission of City Light & Water is to serve the citizens with a safe and efficient electrical, water, and sewer system at the lowest possible cost. Hours Two drop boxes for payments when office is closed. One is located at the left side of the front door of the Light and Water office and the other is located on the sidewalk in front of City Hall. Water and SewerThe Water and Sewer Department works to ensure safe, reliable water & sewer services are available to the city's residents and businesses when they need them.
