Farmington SK8 Park is a 30,000 sq. ft., concrete, street-course style facility. It is located at the old City Pool in Long Memorial Park on Ste. Genevieve Ave. This facility is open 7 days a week from 6:00am to dusk. This is the place where skateboarders, in-line skaters, and BMXers can share the ultimate grind in Southeast Missouri. This facility is unsupervised, and we strongly recommend adult supervision for young children. Also, while you're there, check out the Youth First Corporate in the old pool building. They have boards, parts, eats, arcade games, and lots of other cool stuff!

2007 Mineral Area College Skateology 101
Whether you have some experience, or none at all, you can learn to ride like the best. Learn basic skateboarding tricks from experienced instructor Brandon Wolk. Located at the Farmington Sk8 Park, the class will cover safety, skateboard maintenance, and a brief history of the sport. If you have a skateboard, bring it to maximize your learning potential. Remember, skateboarding is considered an extreme sport. Kids are recommended to wear a helmet, wrist guards, and elbow and knee pads.

Mineral Area College has planned morning class sessions for June and July. The cost is $25.00 per student in grades K-8. (Subject to change)
