Farmington Library Services

The Farmington Public Library is a public service that provides printed, electronic, and digitally formatted materials for educational, cultural, and recreational use by its patrons.  Library

Membership is free to all who reside within the city limits and senior citizens.  A nominal annual fee of $10.00 is charged for those living outside the city limits.

To become a member of the library, you will need to produce a photo ID and another item with your current address. Should the photo ID not have your current address, then two other items will suffice.

The Farmington Library's hours of operation are:

Monday

9:00am-5:30pm

Tuesday

9:00am-8:00pm

Wednesday

9:00am-8:00pm

Thursday

9:00am-8:00pm

Friday 

9:00am-5:30pm

Saturday

9:00am-1:00pm

Sunday

Closed

The library will be closed on the following holidays:

New Year's Eve

Veteran's Day

New Year's Day

Thanksgiving Day

Presidents' Day

Day After Thanksgiving

Memorial Day

Christmas Eve

Independence Day

Christmas Day

Labor Day

 

The Library will be closed for fall cleaning the week before the public school year begins.
